For WorkforceOne this integration is part of its business objectives of being the One System, One Solution for the labour hire and group training industries. The Australian owned Workforce One platform is a leading cloud based software solution that streamlines business processes from job posting, applicant tracking, hiring candidates, payroll as well as invoicing clients. Now with Workforce One being fully integrated with Onboarded the recruiter can have a fully digitised onboarding process which is normally time consuming, repetitive, prone to human error. This eliminates the need for manual spreadsheets and procedures. This partnership is a solution to one of the major pain points for the labour hire and group training industry when onboarding new employees or candidates.
